Who and when to call for an appointment
- To schedule an appointment, call617-355-5945.
- The Travel and Geographic Clinic is currently only open on Friday mornings, 8:30 to 11 a.m.
- As soon as you know when you are traveling, call us to schedule an appointment.
- Vaccines should be received at least four to six weeks before travel.
- When calling to make an appointment, please inform us of any other vaccines or immunizations you recently received.
What to do before you arrive

- Compile a list of medications you or your child is taking.

What to bring to an appointment

- Anyone under the age of 18 who is scheduled to receive an immunization with the clinic must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Appointments are recommended at least four weeks prior to traveling in order to complete all the necessary travel immunizations and counseling.
