Professional History

After graduating from nursing school in 1995, Lori worked at a community hospital for a few years and then had the good fortune to be a travel nurse. This took her to fun places such as Nashville, New Orleans, and Austin. In 2003, she joined Boston Children’s Hospital and has worked with the MSICU, PACU, and IV teams before joining Ophthalmology. Exposure to the many aspects of patient care and cultures has enriched her knowledge and experience base.

I believe in the family-centered approach that Boston Children’s Hospital supports. Even though we are a large teaching institution, we also provide continuity of care. It is gratifying to follow the children throughout the years and see them grow.
