Coming to work is rewarding because we have the best team, the best facilities, and the best colleagues anywhere in the world, and this allows us to provide best urological care anywhere to our patients. I believe that attention to detail is essential, whether I am doing a surgical procedure, sending a note to a pediatrician about a patient of theirs that I have seen, or explaining a child’s urological condition to a family. Each and every patient deserves my absolute undivided attention, and while I am taking care of that patient, nothing else takes priority.
