REMINDER:With a high transmission rate of COVID-19 in the community, it’s now more important than ever tofill out your pre-clinic visit screening questionnaire.
Before you show up for your in-person hospital visit please:
- »Make sure to notify the clinic if you have symptoms or have been exposed to COVID-19 before your visit. Understanding your symptoms and exposure to COVID-19 helps staff prepare for your visit.
- »If this is an urgent visit, we will make sure that you will be seen.
- »If it is not an urgent visit, your appointment may be rescheduled or moved to a telehealth appointment for the safety of our staff and other patients.
Using MyChildren’s Patient Portal, you can:
view portions of your child’s health record
send messages and photos to your care team
pre-checkin, schedule, and cancel visits
view and update your contact information
view and pay your copays and bills

Voluntary Recall
Certain lots ofSYMJEPI(epinephrine) Injections are being recalled due to the potential clogging of the needle preventing the dispensing of epinephrine.
The injections are 0.15mg (.15mg/0.3mL) and 0.3mg (0.3mg/0.3mL) Pre-Filled Single-Dose Syringes made by Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation. Only four lot numbers are affected by this recall. You can review themhere. Consumers that have these specific lot numbers should stop using the products immediately and contact the pharmacy where you filled the prescription. Please note that EpiPen and other epinephrine products are not affected by this recall.
